Do I need to be training with you to get nutrition advice?
Not at all. Nutrition consulting is a standalone service. If you'd like to add personal training too, we can absolutely combine the two.
Will you put me on a strict diet?
No. I don't do punishing plans or cutting out food groups. We build something sustainable around your real life — work, family, social plans, the lot.
Can this help with weight loss?
